Legal Copyright of all the images, text and the domain name is the sole property of myself. Infringe this and I will become litigious. I accept that for educational purposes copyright is usually waived, and that's cool, but at least have the courtesy to ask first, I'll most likely say yes. Privacy To cut a long story short, if you are in a public place then you have no right to privacy, and as such have no legal redress if your photo is taken. If you consent to your photo being taken, then you have waived that right. The UK has not signed up to the European Convention on Human Rights with regards to a right to privacy, so unless I invade your space with a telephoto lens such as into your garden or house, then you have no case. Sorry. This is all paraphrased from an excellent document, found online, called Photographer's Rights in the UK by Linda Macpherson. A link can be found on the Links page of this site.
